It’s great you’re eating healthier, all the foods you mentionned are so healthy for you. But I just don’t get it lol D: you’re so skinny already! I’m 5”7 and I want to weigh 130 lol which would be a healthy weight.. If you weighed less than 120 I’m pretty sure that’s an unhealthy weight.. I’m not criticizing though because everything you mentioned are very healthy and good for you. Just saying lol why are you worried about your weight! You’re healthy!

Well, you have to remember that your bone structure plays a big part in how much weight one is able to lose. If you lose too much, based on your bone structure, you’ll look sick. I’m 5′1 and I’m big-boned so I’m supposed to weigh less than 140 lbs. Basically, I will NEVER weigh 110 lbs. or something like that w/o looking dead.

Read Jack Lalane. He has a lot of good info. He eats 2 meals. Shake in the morning, Carrots/Cellery/Soy Protein, then sometime around 11 he eats egg whites 4-6 with fruits and vegetables. His last meal is seafood with some brown rice some pieces of fresh fruit for dessert. No snacks. Lots of water.
I use to eat 6 meals, but I didn’t like always filling my stomach. So now I eat 3 basic ones, with a shake. On some days I go for the 2 meal thing, but make sure i have enough fruit in the morning.

Girl, I bet you look gorgeous just the way you are now. I am 1.58m too and I am 53 Kg. I think that when I was 47kg I looked my best, that is why I think you are ok with you actual weight.
I weight 99lbs (45kgs) and I’m 1.58m.
I feel really unhealthy and my goal is to lose 10lbs which I gained when I went to Taiwan.

everyone should have atleast 1200 calories a day…no less…you can eat whatever you want has long you exercise..if you dont exercise watch your calorie count

I snack sometimes. I snack on unsalted nuts, one handful, only once a day. That’s it. Haha.
I think your weight is fine, just exercise to tone up! :]
