    Great video
However, I would suggest for the removal of the panna cotta from the ramekin. Fill a mixing bowl with water boiled from a kettle. Then place the ramekin in the water for 5-10 seconds, the panna cotta should just slide out when turned over. It saves you from actually using a knife and maybe damaging the panna cotta

Can the gelatine be dissolved while heating the milk?

Is there a substitute if vanilla bean not available?

Obviously. I do know how to make Panna Cotta. However as you shouldve read, this is a healthy alternative to Panna Cotta for people with diabetes or on a calorie controlled diet. Below is my full recipe for non-diet Panna Cotta.

    1 1/2 cups (375ml) cream
    1 1/2 cups (375ml) milk
    1 vanilla bean
    1/2 cup (115g) caster sugar
    2 1/2 tsp gelatine powder

Sorry but that isn’t Panna cotta, that is another dessert. Panna cotta doesn’t contain Yogurt but fresh cream and vanilla.

If you had partnership I wonder if you’d paid for using brands. Eg. ‘Ski’ pays you for using their yogurt.

    I wish I could smell it :(!

doesn’t look the best but I’m sure it taste awesome.
